Projects in the OSHPD1 and OSHPD3 environments bring unique sets of skills and knowledge together. COBE has those skills and that knowledge.

• Working with institutional clients such as Dignity Health, Sutter Health, UCSF, Kaiser and Washington Hospital, as well as stand-alone ambulatory surgery and care groups, our team has completed numerous Radiology projects including CT Scans, MRI’s, Linear Accelerators, Dental Suites, and X-Ray Rooms as well as Surgery Suites, Seismic Retrofits, Burn Units, Central Sterile Processing, Patient Rooms and others.

• Working closely with the facilities, IOR’s, ACO’s and FLSO’s or JHA’s we have also completed complex facility infrastructure projects including emergency generators, cooling towers, boilers, air handling units, chillers, medical gas delivery systems and elevator upgrades.

• Working with design teams and key stakeholders we support the mission of the facility while always remembering that our ultimate goal is to successfully serve a vulnerable patient population in a timely, safe and cost effective manner.
