Construction Project Manager
Responsible for all operations of assigned projects
As a COBE Project Manager, you will be in charge of independently managing various types of Commercial Construction projects with two goals in mind, successful completion of the project and a great customer and construction partner experience to develop long term relationships for future work.
This position requires excellent knowledge of commercial construction, communication, organization, desire to lead others, and a commitment to the success of the project and the company.
Construction Superintendent
Responsible for all operations of assigned projects
As a COBE Construction Superintendent you will be ultimately responsible for ALL field operations for a specific project. The success of each project and the possibility of future projects with the same client and other clients is greatly dependent on your performance as a COBE Superintendent.
This position requires excellent communication, organization, diplomacy, and a commitment to the success of the project.
Construction Night Superintendent
Responsible for all operations of assigned projects
As a COBE Construction Night Superintendent you will typically be working between the hours of 4PM and 2AM, and will be ultimately responsible for ALL field operations for a specific night project. The success of each project and possibility of future projects with the same client and other clients is greatly dependent on your performance as a COBE Superintendent.
This position requires excellent communication, organization, diplomacy, and a commitment to the success of the project.
